I moved 3 km from Marais Steyn Park to Edenglen. My wireless coverage has deteriorated drastically and keeps dropping constantly. I tried ordering a booster on I Burst's website 4 times and every time there was an error. I called sales at I Burst, they told me there was a problem with the website and the prices were incorrect and have increased. This is not very professional if you ask me? The consultant said he would email me the order form which I never received. I called again and spoke to another consultant. Needless to say I did not receive the order form once again. I then emailed sales at I burst at the email address specified on the website. I have emailed 3 times in the last week with no response! I find the service as pathetic as the wireless coverage. I would like nothing more than to be able to cancel this contract. Why should I pay for something that doesn't work and then receive no service? Add a new Iburst Report Inappropriate report?
