who's answering your phones, iburst?

I've been an iBurst user and fan for about 5 or 6 years and very rarely have I had cause for complaint. But this is just too much now. Since yesterday morning I've had signal issues - there's an orange light on my desktop modem. When I called iBurst they told me there's no issue with the network and that I should move the modem around. I found this strange as it hasn't been moved for 6 years and is literally next to the window - I've never had a signal issue anyway. When that didn't help I called iBurst again and was told that it's the signal and I should move around again. I took my USB modem and MacBook Pro outside but it still refuses to connect. Since 8am this morning, I've spent about 2 hours hanging on the line for an iBurst technician who is "currently busy". Since no one answers in over two hours, it's pretty obvious that no one is maning the troubleshooting desk. And I still don't have internet access because there is something wrong with the network... not two of my machines or two different modems, as the "move around" fix suggests. And no one responds on Twitter or Facebook either... #customersupportfail
