NON-EXISTENT COSTUMER SERVICE of IBURST

IBURST costumer service is non-existent. Busisiwe Silinda was quick to sell me Wireless Internet, but the after-sales service is shocking.

I double-checked that I have reception in my area. The website stated: FAIR. Which it was not. I then had to fork out another R1600 to have an additional antenna installed. Again, this doesn't help either.

I have logged calls. I have sent emails. No response. The technician phoned me twice - on both occasions I was in a meeting and not close to my computer. I asked him on both occasions to phone me at a specific time - once again iBurst failed to deliver as the technician never phoned me back.

I have wasted my airtime by holding on for 18 - 30 minutes at a time, trying to sort out this issue. Point is, I still can't send emails.

I received my documents from iBurst - the login name and password is wrong. Even the call centre has no idea what the correct login name and passwords are.

I now have to pay another R350 to get a technician to come and sort out the problem. Why should I be paying to sort out an iBurst problem?
But fine, let's pay the R350 - but I have to wait 48hours???? Are you kidding me????
