Last year I signed up with IBurst but before doing so I looked on their coverage map I saw that it was "fair", I had hooked it up and it had worked ok for one week only, after that I had no more coverage I can't even check my emails so slow it is. I have been working through my re-seller to try and cancel ibust and get refunded because I'm effectively paying for a service that does not work at all. Iburst send a technician out which told me I have really bad signal and they need to install a external antenna at the cost of R1750, I said **** no I would like to cancel as I am not paying anything additional for a coverage map that is suppose to be fair. The technician said they would advice me the next day, two months later!!! Iburst finally contacted the reseller saying they will install an external antenna at no charge. I told them I'm not interested and would still like to cancel my account n the modem is waiting at my work. I am still paying for Iburst and have spend approximately R2000+ plus paying for a service that is completely void. Please advice |
