NO SERVICE

I waited 3 weeks to receive an USB modem - the brand promise says 48 hours. I applied online for a new contract 2 weeks ago - no reply. I phoned 4 days ago to complain - was promised an application form: No form was send. I phoned yesterday to speak to a manager to complain. Manager on lunch and I was promised a call yesterday - Guess what, no call. Not a surprise that Iburst is one of the companies not responding. They are too busy ignoring customers.
