I have been trying since 16th Nov. 2011 to find out what my options are to upgrade to a bigger contract. Even via the website took the upgrade option and asked if I can do it this way 2 weeks ago. No response till today. Now I have given them a nice mail to stick it up where the son don't shine. I am no longer interested in whatever they provide. There is exceptions where i had an account query and I had 2 employees who responded. But otherwise more problems than happiness. Stay away from them. It is not worth the trouble to do business with them. |
