Incorrect billing

From last year September iBurst has been calling me because of outstanding payments on my account, after checking the statements I figured out that they did not record three payments of which I have the proof of payment (May, June and August.

On October I emailed them about the error and attached every single month's proof of payment, NOTHING was outstanding!! On October 12 I got a reply saying the August payment was located, but could I please email the proof of payment for May and June (even though it was attached in the first email), so I sent the proof of payment once again. But still they keep calling about outstanding payments, today again and now my account has been suspended!! Although to my records I don't have a single cent outstanding.

It is simple math, my monthly fee is R397, from May 2011 till January 2012 is 9 months, that is R3573 that needed to be payed to iBurst, I payed R400 everly single month of which I have the proof of payment, R400 x 9 = R3600.

R3573 - R3600 = Negative R27, now how the **** is that having outstanding payments? What more should I do??!! I have email every single proof of payment on four occasions. This is unacceptable!!
