Since the 20th of January I have been unable to connect to the internet via Iburst being the SP after migration of package. I have dealt with the technical support team for two weeks and still my problem can not be resolve. Management is not interested in addressing the problem as they have no intention of returning phone calls and rather get support staff to phone. Promises are made and not kept and overall there is a major lack of commitment in resolving issues |
