iBurst '********' bandwidth

Our company has traditionally used 5 gig of bandwidth. From October 2011 this has increased to 20, then 30 then 40 gigs of Anytime usage and 16 to 18 gigs of Midnight to morning usage. There has been no change to the manner in which we run our company. I have been in contact with iBurst, commencing approximately 20 January. We have implemented everything we were asked to change, including having an iBurst technician come to our premises to ensure the modems are correctly set up and to change passwords (which he said he had done, but did not do). At iBurst request we switched everything off - and still experienced usage. I have now repeatedly requested a full report of URL addresses accessed, so that we can check what sites my machines are suppodely accessing and I am told this is not available through the call centre. I must wait untill Monday morning to contact advanced support before they will consider giving me this report. Given that this is not the first time I have asked for the report, and that we run a business via this internet connection, we simply cannot wait till Monday - we have also been working on this issue actively for in excess of 8 da
