I'm trying to help my grandfather buy more data for his iBurst account that he's had for almost 3 years now. The website crashes when you try and pay via credit card and the add to account option doesn't let you load anything. Now for the worst part, I've phoned the call centre 3 times already, they claim his account is locked but can't unlock it or explain why it's locked or anything. They just pass me from one department to another that doesn't know anything. I'm just trying to buy 1Gig's data for my 83 year old grand dad. Should this be so difficult??? |
