Harrassment from MBDCS and issues with iburst

I had an iburst account back in 2008/2010. I effectively closed that account and ended the subscription (with great difficulty I might add) in Sep/Oct 2010. I am now, in 2012, receiving smses from MBDCS saying there is a constant failure to pay my iburst consumer 3rd account? The only thing I have to say is ***?

I have emailed the accounts department at iburst, the helpdesk and used the contact form, all of which I have had no response to. iburst was fine when i started and was making my regular payments. the problems started when i wanted to end my subscription (after my 24 month contract was completed too). They were unhelpful, uninformative and a pain to deal with. And i ended up spending more money sorting unneccessary matter out regarding payments.

Over 15 months later this happens? And they are unreachable and unresponsive.

I would like this matter sorted and now!
