Failed to refund me after cancellation of contract

Good Day

On 27 Oct 2011 I took out an iBurst Playa5 contract. On 31 Oct 2011 I purchased a booster antenna since I had extremely poor reception using only their supplied USB modem.

On 1 Nov 2011 I cancelled the contract since their service did not work for me. After numerous phone calls to their helpdesk, the last call being on Monday 9 Jan 2012, I have still not received the refund to the value of R671.02. During this last call I was told that the funds will be in my account by Friday 13 Jan 2012. I spoke with Thabisile on this last occasion at around 10:28. I also told her that if I am not refunded that I will report them to the authorities.

This is truly pathetic from iBurst.
