Extremely poor service from consultants Help desk

i Burst have been my isp service provider for some years now.I some weeks ago sent e-mails to their helpdesk [Email Removed] as well as the last few days complaining about porno spam arriving in my inbox some of which were not even addressed to me.I asked over and over for help in stopping these spam e-mails and also forwarded dozens of e-mails that I received.Over weeks had no response whatsoever except when I asked for a contact number for management I had a reply from Belinda Matloa help desk advisor telling me to forward the e-mails which was no help at all as I told her I had forwarded many of the e-mails without reply and was disgusted with both the lack of help and the no answer from her help desk.After receiving more yesterday I eventually phoned and spoke to another consultant named George who after I complained said I should phone him when I received more spam which I did this morning and he was not in.I e-mailed him copies of todays porno spam and asked for something again to be done as these arrive unsolicited daily but have still had no answer from anyone at iBurst.Something need to be done to point out to senior management of the poor service on offer.
