| Some really stupid person at iburst thought it would be an absolutely awesome idea if they terminated my contract. Why??? Just because! I have not had internet access or e-mail since Friday last week and have been trying to find out why. Only yesterday was I told it had been cancelled. I was also told that it had been reinstated....not! I have no idea why it was cancelled and i still have no access to either the internet or e-mail, this after hours on the phone to both the accounts department and technical department. They have also not responded to e-mails sent about this either. FIX MY INTERNET AND E-MAIL IBURST - ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BUSINESS TO HAVE SUCH BAD SERVICE!!! | |||
