| HEADLINE | Absolutely futile, the worst possible experience! |

| I topped up my Iburst account on the 9th of December, however there was a technical issue and the bandwidth never reflected. I called Iburst repeatedly and the call centre agent very rudely said there was nothing she could do as the bandwidth had been used. Finally, she agreed to investigate and realised that the bandwidth never reflected and that there was a problem. We've made daily calls for the last two weeks and have never received a call back, nor a resolution. Though on every occasion we were assured that someone would get back to us. This was been a problem since the 9th of December and we're still no closer to resolving the problem! I've never experienced such lack of interest or support. | |||
