Our First Thing morning e-mail is free of charge and anyone is free to sign up - but if your e-mail address ends in the domain [Email Removed] [Email Removed] or is hosted by iBurst, we're afraid you do so at your own risk. We can not, and do not, guarantee that you will receive your mail on time, every weekday morning, and consistently, as our other subscribers almost always do. ...... Unfortunately, although all these measures almost always work for almost all recipients, that is not true for e-mail addresses hosted on iBurst servers. Uniquely among internet service providers, iBurst regularly has trouble distinguishing between First Thing and spam. .... There is nothing we can do about that on our side; our considerable efforts have been in vain. So, much as it breaks our hearts, we can not guarantee that First Thing will be delivered to your inbox if you are an iBurst mailbox user.
