48 hour delivery? Response to a complaint? Nope.

It took them 4 days to deliver an internet package with modem I purchased, despite the website claiming 48 hour delivery. It then took a further 3 days for them to register me with RICA so that I could actually use the modem and internet.
The delay was partly due to a problem with their logistics centre, and partly due to a bad agent not registering me with RICA until I called back the 4th time and spoke to a helpful agent who then demonstrated that it takes them roughly 5 minutes to register a client with RICA.

And to make matters worse, I tried sending a complaint to the "helpdesk" to let them know of the problem, it's been over a week now and no one has responded to my complaint or my follow ups about the complaint.

It's a pity that a decent company lets it's reputation get damaged by ignoring customer complaints and not taking their promised delivery times seriously, or at least apologising for late deliveries.
