If you have submitted a comment about a Company Who Responds, 36 hours after submitting your comment, we will ask you to rate the supplier's response to you. If you made a Complaint against a Company Who Responds, you will also be asked if you would like to change your Complaint into a Compliment.
As a customer, you make this site work. Without your comments, there would
be no site. So everything you do on the site is FREE. Making
Comments, browsing other peoples'
comments and searching for
comments about a particular supplier or industry.
Please help us make the site work for you: whenever you make a comment (or
browse through someone else's) and see that the supplier is not a Company Who Responds, simply contact the Company. Using the Email To A Friend
facility next to each comment, send the comment to the company concerned.

As a supplier / Company Who Responds...
Subscribing gives you the opportunity to interact directly with your customers.
We'll notify you by email within 13 seconds of the comment appearing on the
site. You can also elect to be notified by SMS. You have the right of reply, both to the person commenting on your
service, and on the site.
Other benefits include:
- Email Notification: Immediate notification by email each time hellopeter.com receives a comment bearing your name.
A hyperlink in the email directs you to the relevant comment.

- Customer's Contact Details: Each comment is submitted with an username. Companies Who Respond receive name,
email and telephone number of customer.

- SMS Notification: In addition to the email notification you have the option to receive a FREE SMS on your cellphone
alerting you to comments on the site.

- Supplier's Response: The right to reply. Each time a comment is made about your
company, you have the right to respond on the site.
