| I purchaed a COUCH FROM ABOVE MENTIONED SUPPLIER. I HAD TO WAIT 4 DAYS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE SPECIFIC ONE WAS NOT ON THEIR FLOOR. I RECEIVED THE NEW ONE BY wEDNESDAY. THE COUCH WAS DAMMAGED AND I WROTE IN ON THE DELIVERY REPORT. I TRIED TO PHONE THEM MONDAY AND TUESDAY AND COULD NOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE WHOM WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME. I EXPECTED THEM TO CALL ME AFTER SEEING MY REPORT, BUT STILL NOTHING! RTHEY THEN PROMISED I WOULD GET MY COUCH THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY. WE PHONED THEM SUNDAY TO REQUIER ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE AND SUDDENLY WE HAD TO HEAR THAT THEY ARE BUSY WITH STOCK TAKING AND WONT BE ABLE TO DELIVER. THE FOLLOWING WEEK I PHONED A MANGER AND TOLD HIM THAT I WAS UNHAPPY. HE THEN AGAIN PROMISED I WILL RECEIVE MY COUCH SATURDAY THE 21ST BEFORE 11. I HAD PEOPLE COMING OVER TO DRAPE MY CURTAINS AS THEY CANT DO IT BEFORE THE COUCH WAS BRAUGHT THROUGH THE DOOR. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPS OF CALLING HOUSE AND HOME AND A FEW PROMISES THAT THEY ALREADY LEFT I HAD TO SEND THE CURTAIN PEOPLE HOME. MY COUCH EVENTUALLY ARRIVED AFTER 5. SO MY SATURDAY I HAD TO SIT AROUND AND WAIT AND CANCELL ALL OUR PLANS AND I HAVE TO PAY EKSTRA TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH THE PEOPLE FOR MY CURTAINS. | |||
