Very bad service! Not sticking to their agreements

A month ago I purchased a washing machine from House and Home, Parkdene area, on credit. The salesman told me it would take about 2-3 working days before my credit will be approved and they'll let me know. Six working days have passed before I had to contact them to find out what's going on. We eventually sorted out the problem and they finally had it delivered.

On monday, 9 January 2012, I walked into House and Home at Boksburg retail park and decided on purchasing a T.V. On credit. Again they told me it would take 2-3 working days for it to be approved. It is now Thursday and when I contacted the shop to find out what's happening, they told me they will let me know in about an half an hour. 2 hours passed before I had to phone THEM AGAIN!! Still no answer on my credit application!!! I am sick of waiting for their "PHONECALLS", and very upset with their bad service!!

In the future I would advise their customers to take their business somewhere else, as they are clearly not sticking to their promises!!

I will never be a customer at any House and Home store again, for their service has disappointed me too many times.
