Total disregard to consumer protection act

This is just a continuation of what my husband has put on this site. The saga with house & home never ends due to ignorance and bad attitude towrds the new consumer protection act. Your slips do not have a refund or exchange period on them. Just for your information we will be getting back that R18619 for the 6 piece **** maximo loung suite. We were told the regional manager will call by the end of business yesterday (12/01/2012 ) to no avail.

I would like you guys to know that I have already spoke to the NCC as well as the [Email Removed] so this will soon be published on IOL and The Star with the atrocious pictures of the used lounge suite you tried sending me.

I am a pregnant women who does not need this **** service. Maybe I can simplify the new Consumer Protection Act for you ignorant people. Cosumers have the right to the 3 R's (Refund, Repair, Return). I have all the calls recorded so I have enough to go to court with. I have been given the run around from you guys since Tuesday nopw you will be doing the running around.

Like my husband mentioned we will meet you in court.
