Good morning End of October 2011, we purchased dining room table + 8 chairs ; TV stand unit ;coffee table ;gazebo at House and Home Sanlam centre, cash purchase. you would think that such a large cash purchase would guarantee good customer service, it definitely DID NOT.Our sales lady: Eleanor;We waited two week for delivery ;When goods Finally arrived, four of the chairs had a different Patten on them ;We call the store Eleanor was on leave and they would have someone call us back. NOBODY CALLED!Two weeks went by, then finally we went into the store and spoke with the store manager. The store manager checked the stock in his store but chairs in sealed boxes were incorrect as well. The STORE MANAGER promise to searched for the chairs and he would replace the incorrect 4 chairs. Two weeks went by and they finally delivered the 8 new chairs.When they delivered I pointed out to Patrick and delivery guys that the legs of 4 chairs were not the same length. The chairs were totally wobbly (how they did not notice themselves when they put the chairs together in store I not sure) I also pointed out to Patrick that our TV stand edging was not sealed properly and it it looked like the wood |
