I bought a washing machine on Friday, but before I went there to buy it, I called and they said they didnt have stock but they would get it from the Kempton branch, I said ok went there and paid in cash for the machine and for delivery. I kept on asking if they going to deliver on Saterday, and the salesman said yes and they would call me on Saterday, Saterday came and he did call at about 10AM said no they going to deliver, the whole day went by and no delivery, i called in the evening and he say no the Kempton branch could find the washer they lost it!! What a load of nonsense 1stly because they lost it and second that it took them the whole **** day to figure this out! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they said they going to deliver on Sunday, from the Rooderpoort branch, I spoke to Nico in the morning and he said i qoute "he called the drivers and the truck broke down, they at the mechs fixing it", the whole day went by now and i call back and now he says he couldnt get hold of them the whole day and they cant deliver today!! If they couldnt get me the machine why did they say they could? Just to make a sale? Pathetic service, now i have no machine!!!!! |
