RUDE LADY HARRASING ME

I received a call on the 4th January from House and Home, they called iro my account. I explained to the lady they need to check their statement as i had made payment on the 28th Dec, she then checked system and said OH.
I told her its not fair they contact clients without having the right information. She began to be RUDE telling me if the account was up to date, she would be calling and so forth.
I again received a call from the lady the next day not iro my account, calling to be rude yet again. I then told her that i will lay a charge of Harassment.

Today i again received a call from the same lady, now its PERSONALITY CLASHES,

I am sick and tired of being harrased by this lady and feel this is not professional of her to call me and be Rude.

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HOUSE AND HOME
