Hello peter my name is Mrs M.Kuppan I'm am writing this email as a last resort as I have received no satisfaction to the various requests that I have made to Hyper House and Home in the Pavilion, about the poor workmanship that I received from a 9 piece Escort dinner room set that I purchase 2010 21 December. While I have no complains about the table, the two armchairs broke at the legs within the first month of purchase. I then brought it to the attention of the sales rep, she then told me that she has contacted her head office and received no feedback on this issue, after my numerous phone calls and visitations to the store which took months, head office then said they will replace all 8 chairs , I was satisfied with this agreement and stressed the fact that this was supposed to be done before Christmas 2011 as I was receiving Guests. The chairs did not arrive on time, I then again made a call and went personally back to the store and expressed my dissatisfaction. Then on the 31 December 2011, 6 chairs were delivered, one of the chairs broke on New Year's Eve when a family member sat on the chair and the other was damaged. this is disgraceful workmanship and service. |
