We tried to buy Carpets from Hyperama Sandton. First, they have no one to come and measure - we have to wait a week. Then, when we go to pay in the store to place the order and book the installation: We can't get an installation date before we pay... we can't pay before we get a reference number... This all takes a great deal of time and frustration. Then once we have a reference number (40 mins in store); paid ( a further 15 minutes in store) we are told we have to wait for someone to call us for an installation date. We wait for the call... we can't get an installation date before we sign a document (which is not faxed to us for 2 days). After all is finally done and we are waiting for installation, they tell us the carpet is out of stock and they can't install after all! |

| Utterly Disgusted: Had to purchase a more expensive carpet; was not given a choice of underfelt; had to pay for old carpet removal even though no mention was made of this charge until the new carpet was installed. | |||
