Out of Coffee!!!

Last week, (26/01/12) House and Home advertised a Delonghi Coffee machine For the price of R3999.00. On going to purchase the machine, we were told that they only had a display unit available but that one could be ordered for us. We were told that we could collect it on Wednesday (1/02/12). Being from out of town, we made special arrangements for it to be collected. On arriving at House and Home, Innocent informed us that the machine had not yet arrived! My complaint is that firstly, the machine did not arrive on said day, and, that we were not contacted beforehand to inform us that it has not arrived. What is also concerning, is that this particular branch did not have stock of a product that was being run as a special!
