Not getting what you Pay for

I am Utterly disappointed in the service from House and Home, How much does Customer satisfaction mean to you, My Wife and i bought a chest freezer defy 310L that was on special the weekend, I rushed home from work Today to pick it up in the rain, then get told to go to the back then I wait 40min for them to bring it, they put it in my car, I get home, unpack it only to SEE ITS A 210L! Not a 310L, Yes I know I should have checked it in my haste BUT YOU SUPPOSED TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. End of story.
Now its fully unpacked and i took it in on my own, Who is going to rectify this?
