| I bought a portable aircon from house and home menlyn in Nov 2011, from the start the thing has been making n screaming noise like a fanbelt that slips, i took it to H&H Raslouw and explained to the floor manager that I need a lend machine while mine goes in for repairs as i bought the aircon for my exotic pet who needs an airconditioned room. he had a bad attitude and said no and walked away. I phoned head office chairmain said that she will assist me by telling menlyn that they need to send a technician out to my house, this was in january nothing has happened! i am phoning them everyday and there is always an exscuse and i am sitting with something I paid R4000 for that is not right! I will have to move on to the consumers act! | |||
