No Delivery of Product purchased and Paid in Full

I purchased a Whirlpool Dishwasher on 2011-12-26. The product and delivery was paid for in full on the day of purchase. It is the 24th of January 2012 today, almost a MONTH later, and I have STILL not received the dishwasher. Totally unacceptable.

I phoned the branch today, and was told that they are out of stock. I have phoned various times, and each time I received a different excuse. I find it hard to believe that it takes a month to deliver a product, a product which I bought and paid in full already. It is absurd.
