Lounge suite still not delivered after 2 MONTHS

We bought this lovely lounge suite at House & Home Maerua Mall in November 2011. The day we bought the suite it was standing in the show room. We arrange to pick it up about a week later as we stay on a farm and they wont deliver. So when we got there to pick it up... it was gone, they had no stock. Now almost 2 months later, we are still struggling to get our lounge suite from them. When you phone, they dont phone back, when you go there to see the manager, he dont show up. What is this? When will it end? When will we receive our suite? When will we get service?

Utterly Disgusted: I thought I will wait before I have to write another report, but it seems it is the only way to get help/service. They phoned me the day after I wrote my first report. They promised the suite will be loaded on 31 January and it will be in Windhoek after 2-3 days. Today 07-02-2011 I had to enquire because nobody got back to us regarding a pick up. So today they have a new promise. The suite will be in Windhoek on 10-02-2011. Is this just some more empty promises?
