Lets add lying to your pathetic service! |

This is my 3rd complaint against House & Home N1 city since 29 December 2011, all about the same matter. After lodging 2 complaints, I eventually get a response from House & Home via Walt Binneman (Manager). He assures me he will follow up on this complaint and try to resolve the matter. And that was the last of that. A week later I call him (Wednesday) to follow up, he says I will have a response by Friday (12 January). By today (19 January) I still have not heard anything, I call Walt again. He says he has sent the complaint to head office and is waiting on their response. I ask for the details of the person he spoke to at head office and follow it up myself: The lady he mentioned has no knowledge of the complaint and has not heard or received anything from Walt. Need I say more???? The service I have received from House & Home thus far regarding this matter has been appalling. I have dealt with the sales associate (Mac Muckuddem), sales manager (Andrew Du Plessis), regional manager (Naomi Kruger) and the branch manger (Walt Binneman), and not one of them know what customer service is, the first 3 of these were actually blatantly rude, and the rest not much better.
