HEADLINE	Inconvinienced and undermined by Store manager
I bought a Defy 360L fridge at House and Home in Benoni Lakeside Mall, on 31 January 2012, my sales person was Mongezi. I bought the fridge for cash and was told that it was ordered from the warehouse and will be notified once available. i didn't pay the delivery bcos i told them that i will arrange my own transport. Mongezi phoned me on Friday 03 February to come and collect the fridge. I told him that i am not arround Benoni but will come back on Sunday before 1pm to collect it. I came to the store on Sunday at 12:15pm and i was told that the fridge was taken about the other customer who came on Sunday to buy it. It was showing on the system that the fridge was mine as i was the first on the list, but the store manager decided to give it to the other customer who came last because is white and i am black. I found the manager to be ****** bcos there was no any other reason to give the fridge to the other customer. He told me that the customer is not white then i asked him to prove to me that he didnt give it to the white person bcos i am black then he failed to do so. I am not happy because it convinienced me, i hired transport, i had meat that must be put in the fridge and also t Add a new House & Home Report Inappropriate report?
