| We purchased dining room table & 6 chairs on Sat 21/01, we paid cash 4 this in the meantime as they neva had stock in the store, sales person Edgar & store manager gave us their word that they would source this from the other stores & that we would have our table & chairs by Friday, we got a phone call the 19/01 just after 12h00 informing us they received the table & the chairs but the chairs were damaged, later the afternoon just before 17h00 we received another phone call from the manager of the store informing us they had now received new chairs but the table was damaged, the manager said he was going 2 call us back in an hours time & to no avail. This morning my husband called the branch to find out what was happening as no 1 called us back, he eventually spoke 2 the regional manager Jaco just after 9am this morning who then asked to give him 2 hours & he would call back with a solution, 2 hours came & gone, my husband phoned Jaco again after 12h00 which he said would call back in an hour, we get a phone @ 15h20 to say THERE IS NOTHING FURTHER THEY CAN DO FOR US DUE TO A OVERSALE!!! The day that we paid for this there were still plenty tables in stock!!! | |||
