| My name is Knowledge, my goods were reposessed last year and I went to the shop to try and make an arrangement. I was told that my wife should write a letter requesting to take over the account.I did not hear from them until they called to tell us that our goods will be auctioned in a weeks' time. We then paid the arrears and then they did not return the goods on the arranged day. They delivered the next day and the goods were damaged and the backrest was chewed by rats and rat poo was all over the couches. They took the backrest for fixing and promised to send someone to assess the damage. Only to find that the send the same guy who came to repo to deliver the backrest and I pointed to him that there was more damage and I am not willing to pay for damaged goods. Vim Steenkamp instructed them to tell me that the call was closed regardless of my dissatisfacrion. It is the second time that Vim was rude to me as he told me that he was busy and had clients waiting for him when I called last week as if I am not a client. | |||
