bought couches wich are still sealed and later saw something else in the same store, signed my contract with them on the 26th and requested exchange on the same day,sales rep Wilma promised me a callback for feedback on that but never called until i picked up my phone and called,believe it or not the manager didn't know anything about my request for an exchange and now they are telling about the 7 day exchange policy,meaning i now have to pay for something i don't like anymore,the worst service ever,regret walking in their store every time i think about this.
