We bought a couch from House and Home on Saturday 28 Jan 2012 and paid by CreditCard. The purchase went though inmediately on my bank. On Monday we picked up the couch and took it home. The first time we sat on it the Back broke clean through! As i had appointments the rest of the day and the next We took it back on Wednesday 1 Feb 2012. We had a struggle to get it refunded but in the end they did a refund to my Credit Card. That was at 09:09 on 1/02/12. Looking af my bank account today 3/2/12 the refund does not show! Phoned my bank and it does not show as processed with them. Phoned H&H somerset west and the supervisor try to tel me that refunds takes a minimum of 3 to 5 working days to process! How can a purchase be inmediate and a refund take 5 days? I am sitting whithout a couch AND without the money! I will never support H&H again! **** quality furiture and BAD service! GIVE MY MONEY BACK YOU THIVES! |
