| Purchased a gas braai yesterday 26th Jan 2011 @ Constantia House and home, was promised delivery before 3pm, was postponed to 4 and eventually arrived @7 after placing numerous calls to the store. The floor manager Cambridge totally avoided any contact with us all day promised to call back each time and never did. Was happy to have received it as my dad was there for delivery as we were out only checked it this morning, and it was battered and broken, dents front side and back, lid does not close and the frame is bent. Fuming went back to store where Cambridge promised new one by 12. Phoned back an hour later saying that we needed to pay in 1000 to get new one as this one was discontinued. Not happy so spoke to sales manager Arthur as now Cambridge was avoiding us again, said should come in and he will sort it out went in chose new one, said would have it by six, well he has left for the day and I sit with a useless piece of **** I can't use after settling for something I never bought. Not happy and not a good day, really **** service, contacted regional manager Sandra, left voicemail message awaiting a response. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: My wife yet again had to contact them Monday morning, spoke to Mike Maher who was not pleased with the happenings - he got one of his regional managers Sandra to contact us (got back to us Monday at 16:00pm) - said she will investigate and if we ever purchase from their store again to contact her for speedy delivery. Still has not addressed the issue - and I do not believe anything is resolved - ,I wonder how many people are sitting with items they settled for because of this type of service. | |||
