| I purchased 2 appliances from checkers hyper on the 31st of Dec 2011 - the amount was total of R3723.00 and i was asked for deposit to which we paid R400 bringing the balance to R3323.00 i went to the store on SATURDAY 21/01/2012(not even 30 days later) and was told that my settlement balance is R3820.53!!! what a rip off!!! I have not even opened the goods yet because we are moving this weekend and if u are not able to accept my settlement of R3323.00 which i confirmed with the consumer protection act that u are not allowed to ask any charges if i settle within the 30 days!!! then come to my house and check the goods they are still sealed. then cancel the account as if it never existed and ill buy the goods in CASH!! u are not going to make a quick R600 from me!!! if u are not willing to accept this let me know and ill gladly open a case at the ombud/consumer act! I will go drastic steps if need be! Elmer i spoke to u about the account and hope u or ur boss calls me back asap!!! lets see what we do - if u take the stuff and cancel teh account MAKE SURE U DONT PUT IT ON ITC FOR REPO! U ARE NOT REPO'ING THE STUFF U MERELY changing my payment structure which u are corupt in! | |||
