| I recently opened a furniture account at House and Home and instructed that they take their monthly payments via debit order. the first installment was meant to go off on the 1st feb, but it never went off. i called on the 3rd to find out whats happening and nobody knew. On the 6th I got a phone call from Rainbow Finance saying I HAVE NOT PAID! I told them that they had not debited my acc, and she said i must just go and pay. I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR SUCH!! hence i put the debit order instruction. i told her i could do an EFT, i struggled further to get the correct ref no from them, and after much struggle i got the correct one, made the payment AND sent proof of payment! Today I am called AGAIN being told that I HAVE NOT PAID MY ACC. I am TRULLY annoyed!! Firstly it is your own ****** carelessness that led to this. If you had done ur job properly and debited my acc none of this wud be happening, and then you STILL harass me as if im running with ur money! im starting to regret buying from u, this is UTTER BULL!! u do not know how to treat customers! and now she gave me another email to send proof of payment to, that email has bounced! YOU DARE call me again telling me I owe u! NX! | |||
