| I wish to commend the service I received from the Vereeninging branch over the December holiday period. I broke down and was transported to the Vereeninging branch by tow truck. When I arrived I was greeted by the workshop manager who enquired about my problem. He called a mechanic over who dropped the job he was busy with and immediately started diagnosing my cars problem. He identified the problem in no more than 2 minutes and requested permission to remove the contents of my boot that was filled with holiday stuff. He reassembled the fuel pump that had not been properly assembled and dropped the pump magnet(whatever??) and refitted the pump. Repacked the boot with my belongings... job completed in less than 20 min. I was aghast. More was to follow. The workshop manager refused to charge me sent me on my holiday. BIG UPS!!! | |||
