I was looking to buy a little commuter bike, I sent an email to a couple of suppliers inquiring about their entry level commuters (Cheapest). Honda Zambesi was the only supplier to respond. I then got put in touch with Renier, the salesman at Honda. He answered all my questions as thoroughly as possible. I was treated as if I have bought their most expensive product. Emily in Finance was very clear in all her explenations, she even assisted in getting the bike insured. Professional with a smile. I took the Bike for its first service, from when I had phoned Charl until I handed over the key, I was treated like I am their most important customer. I bought the Honda XR 125 at R13 999, this is most probably the cheapest product they sell, but I was treated like a very important client. Great service is getting less and less, Not at Honda Zambesi! |
