I recently experienced a problem with my Honda CRV and called on Honda Port Elizabeth. I was attended to by the Service Manager who offered to attend to the vehicle's problem free of charge when I bring it for a major service. The replacement part had to be ordered and my wife had to take the car back to have it attended to. Not aware of the Service Manager's offer to attend to the matter free of charge, she paid for it. When I followed up the matter and spoke to Katrien, she without hesitation offered to rectify the matter. I was reimbursed IN FULL without lengthy delays and or long stories and being sent backwards and forward. This is my first Honda and I am most certainly impressed. Having driven many other brands, this is the first time that I have received such excellent service. Keep it up and thank you very much Katrien and Honda! |
