Today I took delivery of my 3rd Honda from Honda East Rand Mall ( one of the cars was for my wife). From the moment I walked into the Showroom until I took delivery of my car I had nothing but world class excellent service. What blew me away was their showmanship this morning. The car was covered in red velvet and there were glasses of non-alcoholic champagne and many checklists to ensure that nothing was overlooked. I have been dealing with this branch for 2 years and I am always blown away by their service. Previously I dealt with Mark Pryor who unfortunately has left the company but Joe Burney was equally competent. Well done Honda East Rand Mall!! |
