In reply to: Honda Edenvale reneging on pricing 17:14 Tue 24 Jan I'd like to thank Mike Labuschagne (DP) and Cinjon Johnson for their commitment to customer service and professionalism in handling my purchase of the Honda Accord. After the initial complaint I was contacted by Mike who confirmed the vehicle price and my trade in as I was told. Thank you for the professional manner in which you dealt with the pricing, my trade in, ensuring the vehicle was serviced, and my documentation and vehicle was 100% when I arrived to collect. You also took additional time to ensure I have a full understanding by also providing me with detailed responses to my questions and for following up on all my queries. They have both turned around my view of Honda Edenvale and I would recommend dealing with Cinjon and Mike should you wish to purchase a vehicle. |
