Hi All, I was devastated that my prized Accord would be out of action due to no parts from Honda SA for almost 3 weeks. ALSO - I was going away for the weekend. I called Andrew from CMH Honda Pinetown - who within 15 minutes called back stating he can assist with a loan unit. Situation saved Yeah Honda Pinetown!! Honda SA take note - in 2011 you should be able to offer your customers the options of shipping parts overnight - even at their own expense. Failure to do so creates an impression that you want to force a purchase of a new vehicle. You may accomplish this - but be warned, few people will be buying another Honda. |
