We went to see if a particular item was in stock at our local @Home. It wasnt but Otsile went out of his way to find stock at the next closest @Home. Later that day he called and confirmed that the Sandton branch had stock and made sure it was reserved for us. All I can say is that it is this kind of friendly, helpful service that goes a long way in keeping customers loyal. Otsile went the extra mile and it is greatly appreciated. |
