worst service i have ever recieved.

I made a purchase on sat (14 jan) for furniture which I paid for on the day using a debit card. On wednesday ythe 18th the same amount went off on my account again.

I'm very unhappy about the nature in which the matter is being handled.

I was assured when I came into the store wednesday (18 jan) that the matter would be resolve by the next day (19 Jan)
I had to make calls again to the store and was informed that the sales assistant was not in at work today, the very same person who is meant to be handling the matter.

What I don't understand is how difficult can it be to keep me informed as to the progress of me getting my refund. It has been 3days and no one has bothered to inform me of any developments.
I have to keep calling only to find no one can really tell me what is going on regarding the refund.

I can safely say I will not be making any purchases from any of their branches the lack of customer care is appalling!!!!

Not Impressed: Ridiculous. That I have had to follow people around to get some sort of feedback.
I'm am still without my refund, and have no real idea why or when I will get it.
It has been a week now....
