| On the 3/1/12 my daughter went to Fourways Mall @Home and purchased a flask for R199-00. She immediately received and sms from her bank saying the purchase had gone through. According to the store their computer went blank and it did not process the transaction. To cut a long story short my daughter walked out the store with R199-00 taken out of her banking account and NO FLASK. I went with her the next day with a bank statement and received the same treatment from the MANAGER Simon that she had received the previous day. No apology again, not helpful at all and still no flask or refund. We left the store. My husband phoned Head Office they responded with phone calls and on day 3 after the incident still no flask or refund of money. We are now going to open a case with the SAP. | |||
