Went to the Vaal Mall yesterday afternoon wanting to add more items onto my wedding registry. I was introduced to a lady by the name of Lindi to help me with my wishes-Lindi came and informed me that the store has only one scanner and this scanner was being used by another employee and that I should go around the mall and then came back at a later stage-what other nonsense,if a client is at store needing to use the scanner, shouldnt the scanner be provided to the client to use. Adding the additional items onto my registry wasn't going to take the entire afternoon, I am still very dissapointed and am actuall thinking of scrapping the registry all together and giving it to other service providers who actual give a **** about their customers |
